This loft conversion in E17 was part of a bigger project of converting the upper floors into 2 x 2-bed flats above shops.

The loft area was converted to make a second larger bedroom and all the eaves space was adapted to allow for storage.

Dual City Building Contractors have recently completed the renovation of a derelict Victorian building without any services into two very high standards, modern, fully functioning and beautifully finished flats with loft conversion.

Their organisation and management on planning even from pre-build were ultimately professional, working with and always communicating with myself, the architect, structural engineers and the building regulations people throughout the whole project.

They undertook jobs that always paid more attention to detail than was ever required which would result in the highest quality workmanship. If I ever needed to enquire about anything they were always at hand to answer questions and deal with things themselves. Their responsiveness was second to none. Their attitude and efficiency were always superb. Their execution of all works required was excellent. I cannot be happier with the final result of this project.
